Which division do you want to compete in?

Cancellations & refunds We acknowledge that once our team's registration fee has been paid that there will be no refunds offered. In the unforeseeable event that my team has to withdraw from the competition I agree that it is my responsibility to exchange the registration fee with another team that may wish to enter as a replacement for that spot. In the event Bonnie & Clyde 2025 cannot go ahead due to events outside The Arena's control, a reserve backup date will be announced. If the second date cannot go ahead, refunds will be processed, minus any costs incurred for the cancelled event and preparations. Sportsmanship In registering for this competition, my team will compete and conduct ourselves throughout this event with integrity & sportsmanship. I understand that unsportsmanlike behaviour, including arguing with or harassment of judges, event volunteers, other competitors or spectators may be grounds for penalty, suspension, disqualification and/or removal from the event. Injury/medical I have voluntarily agreed to participate in the workouts provided and to responsibly use the facilities and equipment owned and/or under the control of The Arena. I understand the possible strenuous nature of this training and am aware that these activities including the use of equipment are potentially hazardous. I understand that these activities may cause undesirable physiological results including but not limited to, abnormal blood pressure, muscle soreness, fainting, strains or sprains, heart attack and/or death and I accept full responsibility for any injury/death that may result from participation in any activity at Bonnie & Clyde 2025. If I should suffer from shortness of breath, pain, nausea or dizziness I am to stop participating and inform an official immediately. In the event a team member becomes injured or ill, we give the competition team permission to seek emergency medical services as deemed necessary with the understanding that I am responsible for any expenses incurred. Safety risks/hazards I understand that The Arena will take steps to ensure the safety of competitors as best as possible, however, I understand that The Arena cannot make these activities completely safe. I take personal responsibility for my own preparation/training, agree to follow all briefing instructions and to take care of my own post-activity recovery. Waiver In consideration of the above risks and hazards and in full consideration that I am voluntarily participating in the activities provided by the Bonnie & Clyde competition team/The Arena, we, the undersigned hereby release The Arena, their Directors, coaches, employees, volunteers and independent contractors from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions or rights of action, which are related to, arise out of, or are in any way connected with my participation in this activity, including those allegedly attributed to the negligent acts. This agreement shall be binding upon me, my successors, representatives, heirs, executors, assigns, or transferees. If any portion of this agreement is held invalid, I agree that the remainder of the agreement shall remain in full legal force and effect. I understand that this release discharges the aforementioned from any liability with respect to bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage that may arise from, or in connection to, any services received. This liability waiver and release extends to all owners, employees, contractors and event management. Media release Competitors may be photographed or filmed during training. We consent to the use of these photographs and/or videos without compensation, on The Arena website, social media or in any editorial, promotional or advertising material produced and/or published by The Arena.
